ISE's Expert Witness Consulting Program is designed to remove many of the burdens associated with acting as an expert witness. ISE staffs a team of technical specialists to aid experts in their analysis and report writing. Additionally, ISE handles the administrative overhead allowing experts to focus on providing their testimony.

You are the testifying expert and you set your own billing rates. ISE's technical staff functions as your personal consulting team. Whether you are doing prior-art investigation, source code analysis, reverse engineering or the drafting of reports, ISE is there as much or as little as you need. You can do all the work or let us handle the majority, freeing you to focus on the tasks you prefer.

Experts working with ISE have the flexibility to choose the cases that work best for them, whether it is a case we have sourced or a case you have been approached about and may be too busy to work on alone.

All billing is processed through ISE, eliminating your overhead. You simply track your hours through ISE's web-based timekeeping system and receive your full rates. We do not mark up your billing rate. The only advantage to us comes from the increased business we do to support you.
